Larger then OTL, but most of it is in a construction and workforce rebuilding the country and not in active training, or kept war ready.
I thought of an idea, we should create a movie that's about the 'Attack of the Dead Men' as a way to increase anti-Chemical (eventually Bio) warfare and to remember those who died from it.

Meanwhile the Soviet Union Communist Party discusses a potential expelling of Leon Trotsky and Joseph Stalin to eliminate the last isolated, or remnant Trotrkist and Stalinists in the Soviet Union and the International Comintern/ Socintern, which is what the Central Committee, Soviet of Nationalities, Soviet of Unions now debated. While the Holland Tunnel underneath the Hudson River connects New Jersey with New York City for vehicles, th Gasometer in Pittsburg explodes, leading to three North Side Equitable Gas storage tanks to explode and killing 26 people alongside causing damaged estimated from $4.0 million and $5.0 million. Socialists, Communists and Trade Unions in the United States of America use the opening of fire by Colorado State Police upon 500 rowdy, but unarmed miners and the death of six of them to national wide protests against the current American government and Capitalist Market Systems, claiming incidents like these proved the enslavement of the American Worker and the reason why he must claim the means of production for himself. The Socialist Party of America, the Communist Party of America and several Trade Unions see an immense growth in membership because of the heavy backing from these organization and accompanying Comintern/ Socintern Propaganda. While no one denies what Stalin and Trotzyk had done for the Comintern/ Socintern, it is their characters, ambitions and individual actions working against the Comintern/ Socintern/ Soviet ideal that are on trial here. The Moscow Process is overshadowed by a more radical faction, the Communalists, who try to usurp it to implement a Communal System in which each individual citizen is rated, ranked in social hierarchy, taxed and measured by how much he does for the society and state instead for himself as individual, which is what they will try to prove with this chase against Trotsky and Stalin.
Others fearful of where such a Communal Judgment and Communal Social Judging System might lead oppose the Communalist Faction because of that. Meanwhile the American sponsored anti-Communist, anti-Socialsit Cuban Propaganda falls on many deaf ears among the general population outside of government and military circles, as many oppose their dictator and the immense influence American Corporations and trade overall has on their island nation state. In the meantime neighboring United People’s Republics of Central America (UPRCA) while partly influenced by Stalin and Trotsky themselves form what many called anti-Bananism (Central American Socialism/ Central American Communism/ Central American Farmers, or People’s Agrarianism), a response to the American influenced Banana Republics, by collectivizing all agrarian land and mining rights in their nation and giving ti back to local communities, with no outside investors and companies allowed to ever meddle in them again. While they agree with the Soviet Union that the Panama Canal should be an international zone for all people’s in the world, this means they support the League of Nations taking over from mostly American dominated control. At the same time their guerrillas now support the neighboring Mexican People’s Army and Mexican Liberation Army against the American backed northern regime, while at the same time some Maya and Yuacatan Socialist and Communist Guerrillas also cross over into British Belize with the goal of liberating it from European Colonialist Rule and Imperial occupation. Fearful that the Soviet Union might not back them, the Socialists and Communists of Mexico and Central America officially declare these Socialist and Communist Belize/ Maya/ Yucatan Guerrilla groups anti-Communist/ anti-Socialist bandits and rebels, remnants of the previous governments and militarist they had defeated. A action which would result in the creation of the Maya/ Mayan League/ Yucatan Nationalist Liberation Army and ethnic Mayan/ Yucatecos opposition against both of their governments and nation states. At the same time the Red Army lends many of it’s recruits to the production of a Propaganda film, the Osowiev Miracle, also known as the Battle of Osowiec, or Attack of the Dead Man, both to praise Russian Heroism against Imperial German forces, as well as to remember and increase awareness of all Biological and Chemical Warfare to oppose it.

Honestly we should weaken the Stalinist and Trotskyist like an accident happened to them but do it covertly by framing each other so it could weaken their influence while Stalin is still in Central America supporting the leftists and Trotsky is focused on defending the Soviet's Asian territory.
True, but this can also be spinned in a way were we deal with them without doing so to officially despite the trial, by simply naming them something else and then deal with major Stalinist and Trotskyist we no logner need either way.
Yup and with Stalin and some of his followers across the ocean and Trotsky busy keeping an eye on Japan & supporting China against the nationalist KMT, it should make their power base much weaker as well.
Not a bad idea, even if such trade routes are risky during war time, unliek our continental ones.
True but we could use the transport submarines during war time, of course it'll still be targeted by our enemies like Japan but it would probably a better option for transporting goods and materials with our members so we don't have to deal with surface attacks and pirates.
Today but later had a doozy of a day thanks to my predecessor at work filing stuff wrong and I've spend so much time correcting those files I now head to grilling with the family before finding time for anything comrade ;D

As a result, the Joint State Political Directorate (JSPD/ OGPU) explain that those like Joseph Stalin and Leon Trotsky have with their Stalinist and Trotskyist agitations formed a internal passive resistance against the Soviet Union, resulting in them being expelled from the party, all political positions and exiled. Some to radical who had managed to get out of overall judgments and sentences against them directly, later had some unfortunate accidents, others were accused of being ethnic and religious nationalists in certain Soviet Republics for things they had done and said and therefore unfit to spread and protect the wider ideals and goals of the Soviet Union. While the Eurasian Silk Road was extender towards Mexico and Central American People’s Republics and finally had an economic, financial and industrial influence in the Americas as well, Wang Jingwei and his wife Chen Bijun survived an assassination attempt while at a public political event in Shanghai. In the United States the Ford Model T ends production after 19 years followed by the Ford Model A. In the Soviet Union meanwhile the Comauto (Commune Automobile, or as the West Called it Communist Car) was an effient mixture of automobile and the bus, capable of transporting the larger Soviet Families, or a Working squad/ section of Soviet Farmers and Workers to their jobs, which made them good personal and equipment transportation trucks in times of future wars, while also directly opposing Cars as a symbol of Class and other Division and Segregation with bigger and more expensive models, like it was common in the West. With Iraq gaining independence from the United Kingdom/ Britain, the local Arab Socialist Party and the Mesopotamian Socialist Party alongside more minor socialist and communist parties gained more influence. With the execution of the Pandit Ram Prasad Bismil, Thakur Roshan Singh and Ashfaqulla Khan of the revolutionary movement for Indian independence, the Indian Communist consolidate their influence on the movement and become a stronger factor in the British Raj, working towards a United People’s Republic of Indo-Pakistan.

True but I'd rather not anger the West just yet as we're somewhat reliant on trade with them but we could do it during the Great Depression though...
