What do you think about idea of holding a summit in Vladivostok between main anti-colonial powers in Asia: Japan, China and USSR and representatives of other asian countries whether they are under foreign rule or not. The main goal would be to foster cooperation between counties in Asia and coordinate fight for freedom and independence.
That would attrackt potential allies and supporters, but also alienate many European Colonial and Imperial Powers at the same time I suspect.

So maybe holding a summit of Asian countries but with only official goal to promote cooperation and friendly relations between them, and anti colonial struggle would be skipped for now or made secret clause or something

I am concerned by hosting the alleged anticolonial conference we are throwing our Korean comrades under the bus in order to achieve peace with Japan, which is itself still a colonial power occupying Korea, Formosa, and various smaller Pacific islands. Furthermore, by supporting the popular Korean indepence movement, we can achieve our goal of a warm water port in the Pacific (which we would never get by negotiating with Japan) and remove the risk of Japan returning to invade our Pacific lands as they had recently done.

Indeed, we and the Chinese should come to a agreement reguarding the future of Korea first, as a independent nation, after all they have a significant Korean Minority in Manchuria that can be the basis of a Korean Liberation Army (KLA).
Whilst me must of course liberate all the oppressed peoples of Asia, it remains that we are not necessarily in the best position to do this at the moment, comrade.
Of course, we will welcome our Korean brothers and sisters should they wish to seek refuge in our Glorious Worker's Paradise(TM).
Surely a good idea to keep Nationalism/ Fascism down in Spain and also infleunce France more from there, once Socialism and Communism have won.
Should we form a exile government/ Korean People's Republic with them just in chase?

B) Don't give the Chinese so much control and influence, back only a smaller Russian minority Exile Government/ Korean People's Republic and Korean Liberation Army/ Korean Independence Army.
C) Let us cooperate with the Chinese in this matter and bring us, the Chinese and the Koreans together as brothers against Anti-Colonialism and Anti-Imperialism.
D) Don't support any minority Exile Government/ Korean People's Republic and Korean Liberation Army/ Korean Independence Army until we managed to get favorable deals with the Chinese and Japanese beofre we do anything about the Korean Peninsula.
