kind of. I mean states like California and Oregon were OTL Union. I was wondering what if all the states and territories (besides anything in as shown in blue on the map. rebelled from the Union. would the North lose the War? or would the result remain the same? alot of stuff went in my head about this.

Well they wouldn't, they were really liberal western states. And even if they did they wouldn't help much, they're population was made up of agrarians mainly, who would leave without interest to fight in an Eastern American war.
