Random TL Generator

I made a somewhat crude Random TL Generator for Inspiration Pad Pro(which can be downloaded here)

What it dose is generate some random great and regional powers including their government systems and Control Ratings.

For those unfamiliar with GURPS:
Control Ratting(CR) is measurement of state control over citizens. CR 1 is basically libertarian minimal state with CR 6 being a totalitarian dystopia. Also CR in brackets are supposed to mean that some minorities have more freedom/are more oppressed than majority of population.

As I said the current version is pretty crude so if you have some feedback regarding possible improvements it would be great.

It's interesting. Would definitely be a good tool to for building RPGs and such. Writing an actual TL to go with it would be a little problematic, though. :)

The first one I generated was:

Year: 2010
Great Powers:
Poland( socialism; CR 5)
Egypt( monarchy; CR 2(CR 5))
Indochina( theocracy; CR 4)
Britain( republic; CR 6(CR 1))
Regional Powers:
S Europe( socialism; CR 4(CR 1))
S Africa( theocracy; CR 1(CR 2))
N South America( monarchy; CR 3(CR 5))
SE Asia( socialism; CR 4(CR 6))

Great Britain is Orwellian, apparently.

Well it is supposed to only provide inspiration. I think it is probably more useful to mapmakers than to writers.

Year: 1930
Great Powers:
France( socialism; CR 5)
CSA( oligarchy; CR 5(CR 6))
Russia( republic; CR 5(CR 1))
Australia( monarchy; CR 2(CR 4))
Regional Powers:
S Asia( oligarchy; CR 5(CR 4))
C Asia( meritocracy; CR 3)
E Europe( meritocracy; CR 3)

I'm going to make a map about this TL :D

I should probably lower the probability of CRs in brackets.

EDIT: The file in first post is changed to version with tweaked probabilities.

Sorry, I never was a big fan of the TL descriptions from Infinite Worlds. Alternate Earths for the win!

However, your software seems to be a good start. Now if you'd make your probabilities more fine-grained, since it's a bit too rough at the moment...
