Question about Soviet time zones

I know a lot of you guys are savants when it comes to the Cold War and I'm stumped on finding anything on this:

Did the Soviets use Greenwich Mean Time? Specifically did their military use it the same way NATO uses Zulu? If yes, what did they call it? If no, what did they use instead?

IIRC they used Moscow time.
