The Soviet Union decided one of the best opportunities they had without alienating other world powers, but still supporting the socialists and communist movements fighting for the independence of their people was to actually aid their rebellious and uprising independence movements secretly. Meanwhile the new Soviet Society was talking about changes made from the past Feudal System, as well as the role of the new Soviet Woman overall. While many Woman had not been nearly as Free then in the Western European Nation States in comparison, even those were not fully free or equal for a variety of reasons. Even more ancient relics of Czarist Russia loomed still over the Soviet Woman and even if the Peasants, Farmers and Workers had been liberated, was Soviet Ideal truly reached if one aspect of their society had not? While it was easy to attack the old institutions as outdated and by now outlawed, it was a narrow rope act, to not outright alienate the Orthodox Soviet Church, the other Christian Soviet Groups, Jewish Soviet Groups and the Soviet Mohammedan Church the new Regime tried to form and incorporate into it’s new State like one of it’s branches, miniseries and other institutions. One first step was the introduction of legal state marriages, winch could be easier annulled and changed for both parties then more traditional religious ones, especially if such a union was forced and unhappy. Problems like abortion also needed to be addressed, especially damaging in times of need for Soviet re-population of a Nation that had lost so many in the Great War and the Russian Civil War, as well as to famine alike. Like so often a sort of compromise was reached, as the Church opposed the loss of a life and soul, the state opposed the loss of a worker and laborer. Abortions were allowed in chases of medical need, in chases of crimes like rape and in other such examples, like endangerment to her and the babies life. While officially there would be a legal right for abortion for the Free Soviet Woman, the Soviet Human was a Human of the Future, planning ahead in Five Year Plans and envisioning a greater tomorrow. This also was true for the Individual Soviet and so Soviet Woman, outside of extreme legal chases exceptions while not acting unlawful were cultural and societal outcast, as they had not taken proper Birth control before and further also failed planning to do that, proving she was the opposite of the Future Planning Soviet and the same was true for the Soviet Man she had the Baby with.
At the same time all kinds of domestic and workplace abuse were outlawed as not modern, evil practices of terror to the week that was a remnant to the old regime, a noble cause that was not always represented in Siberian Gulag Camps. Rape and other such crimes against the Soviet People were outlawed and some punishments were even harder then they ever had been under the Czarist regime claiming any such crimes now acted not only against the true victim, but the new Soviet Society, people and State as a whole. As the Great War and the Civil War had shown, Soviet Woman were quit capable of holding their own in the work place and like everywhere in the new Soviet Society, were given equal rights, treatments and wages there for equal work done as we are all Comrades. In Marriage Soviet Woman were equal to Soviet Man, meaning the female families name could also be adopted as the surname, or a combination of both before the Soviet state and law. Votes to the Soviets and other equal representation rights for all Soviet People, male and female were introduced and upheld, even if doing so in the farthest corners of the Soviet Union sometimes took some time and force against old, reactionary ways. Beside new holidays for the Farmers and Workers on different dates, the Soviet Man got a new holiday as well, as did the Soviet Woman, for her one that was also the birthday of the Nation, of Mother Russia itself, known as Mother Russia Day, or Day of the Soviet Mothers, similar to Mother’s Day in other nations.
Collectivization was not often done, instead smaller farms were often unified into cooperatives with their neighbors in a region, to stand better overall changes against larger competition, a system later implemented in all branches of Soviet economies and even to make the Soviet Union more competitive to foreign companies and conglomerates on the World Market. Funds, Equipment and Supplies could that way easier be supplied and new Soviet Production and Price policies prevented anyone from being to poor to buy any necessary goods whenever needed. At the same time the Soviet Nation itself gathered reserves of all things, including food for times of crisis, natural disaster or wars, to ensure the surplus would last them and prevent any form of new shortages in the future. Similarly to the Abortion Laws, the new Soviet Society and Culture tried to oppose what some feared as a decline of birth rates in desperate times when losses from war and famine had to be made up in overall population. As Soviet Woman however had free will and rights, an incentive was created, the Title of Mother of Russia, accompanied with the Medal of Mother Russia; it also gave the Soviet Woman and their families as a whole the right to pay less taxes, for each child they had one percent. This way the intensive would hopefully hold the larger Soviet Families the Czarist Russians had overall had, but not create larger tax evasion methods, like the original plan of 10, then 5% for each Child had called for. Instead of choosing between Child and Career, now both worked hand in hand for the benefit of the whole family, while Soviet free Schools even for the poorest allowed for an at least basic education for all, even if it’s overall quality in some places lacked. At the same time child care centers, similar to schools, but for smaller children were created, to allow parents more time for work and other things for the new nation, while also giving the Soviet Nation the opportunity to guide/ indoctrinate the new Soviet Human there from a very early age. At the same time parents who wished to stay home could do so if one of a married pair would continue working, while singles had the opportunity to take a partial leave, or lower overall work hours per week (usually halved). Instead of people forcing other to get more Children for the Soviet Union, the new Soviet Family was encouraged to do so on their own and even children without a caring home were tough in School how important they were as the future workers, farmers or in other professions building up the new Soviet Nation State. It was therefore no surprise that team-building exercises and teaching that community work would get not only more done, but also better grades were most important to advise, form and shape the new Soviet People.
The new Soviet Education System allowed for focusing on working together, but also tough to think individually, that the Soviets together worked best if everyone brought something of value to a discussion and work and if everyone shared their mind freely without fear of prosecution like under the old Czarist Regime. While historic achievements of the new Soviet Union were celebrated, Soviet History also in great detail tough the bad failures of the past and what in their eyes had lead to those, so the new Soviet People could avoid repeating them in the future. Young Boys and Girls were tough to at least know the future skills and needs of the other as Man and Woman, so that if one partner in a Family or other Soviet Group would once die, or fall ill, the other could aid, or replace him if needed. This way equality of genders was much more common in Soviet Culture and Society then in most places of Europe and many Socialist International (Socintern) and Communist International (Comintern) movements and parties would model themselves accordingly as well, to prove intern and in small circles for good that the concept worked, attracting more and more female woman to their cause, especially in the West. The Western Capitalist segregation by class, race and sex in comparison was seen as continuation of the old aristocrat and royal systems, just under another name. The Eurasian Silk Road opened up new means of transportation by road, railway and plane, ever expanding, of propaganda, as well as civil and military research and cooperation. Cars in general as a thing of the upper class in the West were seen as a symbol of Class and other Division and Segregation. Instead the Soviet Focus was on better overall public transportation and shared vehicles that were a mixture of the automobile and the bus, capable of transporting a larger Soviet Family, or a Working squad/ section of Soviet Farmers and Workers to their jobs. This way they also made good personal and equipment transportation trucks in times of war in the future.
New air transpiration routes were also meant to bring the Soviet People and those of the Silk Road closer together then ever before with Moscow-Paris, Moscow-Berlin, Moscow-Beijing-Nanjing and others being opened up to build up more interaction and solitary between the parts of the Soviet Union, as well as it’s closest neighbors. Like all forms of public transportation this was also meant to showcase even the most remote locations that things were steadily happening and getting better overall across the Soviet Union, much quicker then roads, railways and other transportation means could be otherwise build. The new Soviet Scientists also were meant to compete with the Americans, British, French, Germans and other major global powers on equal terms. More smaller airports were build all across the Soviet Union, with major airports connecting major cities, medium one smaller cities and minor ones other important regions outside of those. New Soviet airplanes were build to be modifiable, with the same airframes serving for passenger and cargo planes, to quickly interchange production if needed. Some even argued computing could be serving us well in administration and mathematics challenging tasks to some degree. Bolshevik, Communists and Rykovists who would be unified into the Bureau of Proletariat Science, also known as the Bureau of Soviet Science a think tank and brain power centralization headed by a Committee of Soviets, made up by Konstantin Tsiolkovsky, Alexander Bogdanov, Boris Hessen, Nikolai Vavilov and others. In regards to foreign policy, the Italian Socialists and Communists were warned to not again attack Mussolini, or the Fascist Italian Kingdom any longer, to not escalate further retaliation against them. Secretly however their bases among the farmers in the countryside and the factory workers in the cities were expanded. Like in France, many mainland Italian Socialists and Communists were going to the colonies, to instigate Socialist and Communist support for the local independence movements there, as well as in the Mediterranean. In the meantime Rykov issued public statements about his future legal succession, making Nikolai Bukharin, Grigory Zinoviev and Lev Kamenev the most likely candidates.
