Is there any way that OAS forces could've had a more substantial peacekeeping role in other Latin American conflicts after DomRep in 1965 ? WI the OAS had sent unarmed observers and/or peacekeeping troops to other conflict zones such as El Salvador/Honduras 1969, Guatemala/Belize 1981, Grenada 1983, Nicaragua/Honduras by 1986, or Panama 1989 ? (btw, there was also a multinational observer mission deployed in the mid-1990s between Ecuador & Peru)
