A map of the Avatar World right before the Battle of Zaofu.
Much is speculation and made up of my own intimate of LOK. This is most evident in the islands to the west of the United Republic and north of the Southern Water Tribe.
Omashu i am assuming is a De facto member of the Earth Empire. We don't here anything of Omashu being absorbed by the EE. But we saw on the map kuvira used in E1, as discussed in the LOK thread, that it had yet to be taken. Then we hear more recently that Zaofu is the last Earth Empire territory to be taken (Except for the UR of course!). SO this explains my reasoning.
Credit to Emperor of New Zealand for the base map. Also if you do not approve I CAN take it down.
I also have a map for the Height of the fire nation during ATLA. I probably will not post it unless someone suggests I should. I'm not as proud of it as I am with this one. But I'd say it is my second best Avatar map.

Those don't look like the canon internal borders of the Earth Kingdom/Empire. Also I believe Zaofu is fairly close to Omashu, at least somewhere South West of Ba Sing Se.
Could map effort though.
I was going by someone elses map of where Zaofu was... But I am for a fact sure Omashu is where it is supposed to be. But yes I did know that. I edited the area north of Omashu a little better to fit how it looked on the photo in the LOK thread but ended up leaving it more like how Emperor Of New Zealand had it because I was getting no where..
I guess we can just go on ahead and assume that after Kuvira took over she redrew the borders a bit?
Also I like the idea of Zaofu being where it is on this map. If it were close to Omashu then that area seems like it'd be incredibly crowded to me. The Swamp is directly to the south. The desert directly to the East. It would have to be directly north of it if that were true... Suyin also noted that when she built Zaofu the area was pretty much unsettled when she found the area she wanted to build it.
Also; South west of Basing-Se is Chibu and the serpents pass.

Toward the end of WWII, a exausted Russia turned on America, America got real dang greedy and took the places it wanted (The Axis powers are taking it extra hard, they're territories so America and do what it wants away from public eyes). They took the central asian Nations for the Hell of it.

When Westminster realized what was going down they where quick to save the crown at all costs, even if that means the last vestige of British glory is the United Kingdom of Rhodesia, Nigeria, Malta and Cyprus (Nigeria, Malta and Cyprus all opted out of the European Community of Africa, a very nearly federalized system)

Is Mexico under occupation and naked military rule due to guerrilla resistance, or do you think the country would be effectively ruled via a single territorial administration? I would think even an imperial racist US would divide it into *reichscommissariats.
The notion here is that a Dominion of India is set up in the 1920s/30s, which starts of as weak, confederal and loyal to London. An Imperial Federation is set up, and over the following decades, the Indian Empire tightens and strengthens, the Imperial Federation comes closer together and more equal, and by the present day, India is the largest economy and dominant player in the British Imperial Federation. Theres a Cold War going on with a Fascist Franco-Russian Entente, America is libertarian, bordering on anarchist in some states, and keeps to itself, and the New Caliphate is relatively nice.
