Man in the High Castle-style US Invasion repelled. What happens next?

So any ideas how the course of WW2 diverged for the Axis to try and invade the USA a decade later? Did Japan invade the Soviet far east? Did Hitler focus more troops on the Eastern front over Africa? Did Churchill die earlier?

Hitler makes no attempt to attack or invade Britain after Dunkirk, contenting himself with maritime blockade. Soviet Union collapses under simultaneous two front onslaught by Germany and Japan.

Skip to 2:35 and take out all the sci-fi elements and this would actually fit surprisingly well into this discussion.

In that while the Axis has done considerably better ITTL there severely overstretched with one wrong move threatening to cause a cascading domino effect. Now throw in groups like the SS wasting vital resources on various pet projects that are unlikely to go anywhere.
