This could butterfly away "World War Z," maybe even George Romero movies as we know them.
It's not that impossible; the main things they'd need are
- don't be overshadowed by the Beatles
- write more/better songs.
Sir "Tim" Rice went to St. Albans school at the same time as Rod Argent ; maybe they could collaborate?
(of course that could endanger the entire future of musical theatre, potentially butterflying away "Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat", "Jesus Christ Superstar", "Evita", "Chess", etc. etc.)

When I opened this thread, I knew exactly what this was going to be about. You have to not only worry about The Beatles, but also the Dave Clark Five who were the second biggest act of The British Invasion behind The Beatles for many years. Licensing issues have made their music less accessible year later.
