AHC: Internal conflict in the USSR

Make an internal strife in the USSR happen shortly after Operation Barbarossa commenced. Bonus if it becomes a full-blown civil war by the end of World War II.

OTL there were uprisings in Chechnya (surprise, surprise) during WW2 which needed military force to be crushed.

There was also a successful uprising in Lithuania (the June Uprising), and a partly successful uprising in Estonia IOTL.
