    If ITALY is neutral then Sicily, Rhodes, Greece (Crete) and the Balkans are no go. You can attack the Vichy French colonies but will add another enemy to your list. Denmark and the low Countries I think are a no go since Germany can reinforce a lot easier than the allies. So that only leaves...
