Well that wasn't really what you said. You said "Europe is reintroducing blasphemy laws". And those countries aren't Europe (just a part of it). The Netherlands abolished the blasphemy laws on 01-03-2017 (the english wiki is incorrect: https://zoek.officielebekendmakingen.nl/stb-2014-39.html ). The UK abolished them in 2008. Belgium doesn't have them.
