and Stalin invades westward in 42/43, you could have the scenario of a compact between the three powers against the Soviets (anti communist alliance)
How about the Russian Tzar's begin a process of mass expulsion of Jews to Russian Alaska from the mid eighteenth Century, say circa. 1730's, you could have an independent state develop ( probably with covert British support by the 1880's)
